There is a non-refundable $40 application fee for each person 18 or older. This covers credit and criminal background checks. 3. You need to come to our office and get a key. Bring your ID and $20, I will give you a key. When you bring the key back, I will give you your $20 back.

5. Our leases are a 1 yr lease

6. Office hours are Monday to Thursday 9 to 5 (all keys need to be returned by 4:30). Fridays 9 to 3 (all keys need returned by 2:30)
